Meet Dr. Shanika Small
Honor bearer, Bearer of arms, and menace to hell, also known as The Anomaly, Dr.Shanika Small is an author and founder of Well-Kept Servant Leaders and the Well-Kept Women ministries. Dr. Small devotes herself to serving in excellence and empowering others to do so. Shanika's vision is to see prophets and prophetic people fully developed, whole, and ready to embrace the fullness of their calling. Through her ministry, Well-Kept, she is deeply committed to seeing servant leaders effectively undergirding those they have committed to serving. She has taken on the assignment to help other servants understand their crucial and valued role in their leaders' lives, whether at home, in ministry, or the workplace.
